4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the wedding date may forfeit their deposit. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information and wedding details
• Scheduling and attending beauty trials as recommended
• Informing us of any allergies or skin sensitivities
• Ensuring adequate space and lighting at the venue
• Providing timely payment according to the agreed schedule

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry professional liability insurance and will address any issues with our services professionally and promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is our property or used with permission. We may use photos from your wedding for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
